19. Chapter III does not apply to a storage and handling centre for road salt and abrasives in operation on 2 September 2020, subject to the cases provided for in the second paragraph of section 359 of the Regulation respecting the regulatory scheme applying to activities on the basis of their environmental impact (chapter Q-2, r. 17.1).
